Our Story....

My Little Kupkake is the creation of Mark Rooks and Ridgway Grace.  Kendall Rose (Mark's little one) is the namesake and inspiration for our company.  She is ten years old and loves cupcakes just as much as we do!

Chef Mark studied at the Restaurant School in Philadelphia where he earned a degree in culinary arts.  He also attended Le Cordon Bleu in France as well as The CIA in California.  Mark attended Peter Kumps cooking school in NYC.  Mark's specialty is French Asian cuisine and Gourmet Pies.

Mark is the Owner and Operator of Rent-A-Chef in Haddonfield, NJ.  He opened Rent-A-Chef ten years ago as his first venture as an entrepenuer.  My Little Kupkake is partnered with Rent-A-Chef to suit any event needs you may have.  Rent-A-Chef's services include but are not limited to: party platters, servers and bartenders, full service catering, party platters and prepared foods.

Ridgway Grace attended the Academy of Culinary Arts where she earned her degree in Culinary Arts.  She also worked hand in hand with Mark at Rent-A-Chef.  Ridgway has earned her bachelors degree from Drexel University in Hospitality Management.  Her areas of expertise include baking and pastries as well as International Cuisine.   This is Ridgway's first business venture.
